Overview
Facebook and Instagram Shops let you showcase and sell products. Customers can browse, purchase, and engage with your brand directly through your shop. Use Commerce Manager to manage your inventory and sales for these platforms.
If you're a Shopify seller, you can seamlessly set up shops and run Shops ads to promote your products.
Before You Begin
-
No Facebook Business Page or Catalog?
You can create them during shop setup. -
Already Have a Page and Catalog?
- Ensure you have full control of the business portfolio managing them.
- You need "Manage" permissions for both the Page and catalog.
- Learn more about managing access and permissions.
-
Selling on Instagram?
- You’ll need an Instagram Business Account.
- The Instagram account must be linked to your business portfolio.
- If selling only on Instagram, a Facebook Page is not required during setup in Commerce Manager.
